We can really relate to your experiences with patient billing copay misunderstandings, and some of the stories and antidotes really hit home! For example, when we started out – being to cheap and attracting cheap providers and not having the confidence to charge our worth. Also the story on patient billing and charging on CoPays – we lost a client over this issue also. We’ve had a few submissions to the website asking for advice on pricing, so we look forward to adding to our book page. Again great job!
