We can really relate to your experiences with patient billing copay misunderstandings, and some of the stories and antidotes really hit home! For example, when we started out – being to cheap and attracting cheap providers and not having the confidence to charge our worth. Also the story on patient billing and charging on CoPays – we lost a client over this issue also.
