Just read Pricing Your Medical Billing Service – Great job loved it! This book is a great help for both the established medical billing service, and those just getting into the business. We can really relate to your experiences with patient billing copay misunderstandings, and some of the stories and antidotes really hit home! For example, when we started out – being to cheap and attracting cheap providers and not having the confidence to charge our worth. Also the story on patient billing and charging on CoPays – we lost a client over this issue also. We’ve had a few submissions to the website asking for advice on pricing, so we look forward to adding to our book page. Again great job! Contributing makes me feel like I’m being useful to the planet.
