Her business experience combined with both her and Michele’s medical billing experience have helped them create a successful medical billing company as well as create many useful resources for others in this field. Alice is very passionate about helping others in the medical billing field and in the community. She sponsors over 15 children though out the world.

Michele has over 35 years experience in the Medical Billing Field and a Bachelors degree in Computer Informational Science. Together with her mother, Michele has owned and operated Solutions Medical Billing Inc since 1994. They have partnered together to write 15 books on Medical Billing and develop interactive online courses on Medical Billing. From the beginning they have been dedicated to helping others be successful in this field, whether they have a medical billing business or just work in the field. Today they own multiple offices in the United States and bill for providers all over the US.
